However, like any contract, if a party terminates the contract this could lead the other party to file claims for breachingthe contract. And with EFG Hermes General Assembly granting its approval on the strategic alliance with QInvest, theagreement becomes binding.  Additionally, the company would like to indicate that the above does not prevent any party from submitting an offer to theEgyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) to buy out EFG Hermes Holding shares.
