Qatar Tourism Authority Showcases the Country's Business, Sport and Cultural Tourism Credentials at ATM Dubai

One of the biggest Qatari delegations ever attends Arabian Travel Market in Dubai

DOHA 30 APRIL, 2012: The Qatar Tourism Authority ( QTA ) is leading a delegation of the country's premier hotels and tourism operators in one of the biggest delegations to the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) in Dubai April 30 to May 1, 2012.

Led by QTA Chairman Mr. Ahmed Al Nuaimi, the high powered delegation of 20 hotels and operators will highlight Qatar's growing offering as a destination for sport, business, leisure and cultural tourism.

This year ATM will involve more than 320 main exhibitors and 2000 companies, representing 69 countries and 60 national tourist organizations and is the leading business to business platform for the region's travel and hospitality industry.

"Qatar has become one of the emerging destinations in world travel and tourism thanks to Qatar Airways' growth as well as our strategy to highlight the stunning range of activities on offer in Qatar," QTA chairman Mr. Al Nuaimi said.
