Qatar Automobiles Company strengthens customer support with modern service centre
03 October 2009- Highlights commitment of QAC to better customers through efficient after-sales service - Lifetime warranty extended to all Mitsubishi customers Doha, Qatar; October 3, 2009: Qatar Automobiles Company (QAC) , the exclusive dealer of Mitsubishi Motors and Fuso Trucks and Buses in Qatar, has unveiled new customer-oriented initiatives aimed at enhancing the after-sales service support to customers. Among key initiatives is a new service centre to be opened shortly at Street 41 of the Industrial Area, which can service up to 100 cars daily.
Further building on QAC 's reputation as an award-winning automobile dealer, the new service centre will be complemented by a lifetime warranty on all Mitsubishi vehicles. These initiatives are in line with QAC 's commitment to further strengthen the customer experience and build lasting bonds with customers.
Mr Khalid Shaa'ban, General Manager, QAC , said that the customer service orientation of the company is aimed at ensuring the safety of customers and enabling them to maintain their vehicles in mint condition. "Today, more than ever, safety standards are a top priority and as an automobile dealer, we are committed to offering service initiatives that add to the convenience of our customers."
He added: "The new Mitsubishi service centre will be a state-of-the-art facility that employs modern equipment and manned by experienced professionals. Our goal is to be the first-stop destination for all Mitsubishi owners for their service support needs. The centre will guarantee them the use of original products as well as the service skills of professionals who are trained in-depth on Mitsubishi vehicles."
