DOHA: QACC, a subsidiary of the Lebanon-based Arabian Construction Company (ACC), has been awarded an estimated $142m contract to build residential buildings at the Viva Bahriya district of The Pearl-Qatar.
DOHA: QACC, a subsidiary of the Lebanon-based Arabian Construction Company (ACC), has been awarded an estimated $142m contract to build residential buildings at the Viva Bahriya district of The Pearl-Qatar.
Known as VB 29, the project involves the construction of a 20-storey residential tower with a two-level podium, a five-storey apartment building and townhouses. The total built-up area is 91,000 sq. metres and the construction is expected to be completed in 26 months.
This is the second contract the project developer, United Development Company (UDC), has awarded QACC.
