Lactalis and Khalil Fattal & Fils (KFF) bring Michelin-star French Chef Jean Chauvel to Lebanon for a culinary journey
Beirut, 24 March 2010: Lactalis International, owners of Président and Galbani brands, in collaboration with its agent in Lebanon Khalil Fattal & Fils (KFF) held today a press conference at the Vendôme Intercontinental Hotel. The conference marked the start of a unique two-day event during which the renowned French Chef Jean Chauvel, who has been rewarded a Michelin star, will take KFF's Lebanese clients on an exclusive culinary journey.
François-Xavier Rougagnou, Overseas General Manager of Lactalis International, a worldwide leader in the dairy industry said: "President is an exceptional brand which offers a wide variety of high quality products to its consumers. The recognized French Chef Jean Chauvel (1* Michelin), will take Restaurant and Hotel owners and managers on a culinary journey by cooking for them, live, exclusive meals using Président products. He will then hold a cooking demonstration using President products, in the Sagesse University, Hospitality Management kitchen, in front of the best Chefs in town sharing with them cooking techniques and tips.
Khalil Fattal & Fils, the distributor of premium brands in the Middle East and North Africa region, introduced Président in the Lebanese market as part of its mission to answer the market need for French products that guarantee quality to its consumers.
