The project drew attention in real estate exhibitions in Bahrain and Dubai

Manama - Manara Developments - Managing Director of Manara Developments Dr. Hasan Al Bastaki, a leading real estate development in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced the integration of the basic features of the infrastructure of the first phase of the "Investment Gateway-Bahrain." project.

Currently, work is underway on the main station to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year.

It is worth mentioning, that the British firm AECOM prestigious specialist, has designed the infrastructure plan for the project.

In a related development, Dr. Al Bastaki said that "Investment Gateway - Bahrain" project had been showcased in Cityscape - Dubai and Bahrain International Real Estate Exhibition (BIPEX) in 2015 and met with great interest from investors to own the project, adding, "The remarkable interest enjoyed by this project, which assured us the possibility to develop other phases of the project, based on feedback from large segments of investors and interested owners."

All feedback and indicators shown that there are thirst and great demand in the local market for the "Investment Gateway - Bahrain" project given for its many unique features not raised than ever before in the domestic market, especially the average prime location between the Bahrain International Airport, and the port of Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman, and the proximity of the project as well as Salman port, and other industrial areas, giving an added advantage to be a meeting point of the project a large number of the most important businesses in the Kingdom in the sector between wholesale and retail, light industry and trade of cars, equipment and other commercial activities.
