Tameer Holding Investment said yesterday it has completed Palace Towers development comprising 424 residential apartments and 150 office suites in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Palace Towers is located on Emirates Road with easy access to Dubailand, Arabian Ranches and Dubai Autodrome. The towers offers a range of amenities including a fully equipped gymnasium, children's play area, two swimming pools, as well as cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities.

Federico Tauber, President of Tameer Holding Investment said: "We are proud to present our newest development. Its successful completion serves as an indication of our strong commitment to investors and customers, who can look forward to taking possession of their completed units and begin enjoying the facilities."

On July 13, Emirates Business reported that two of its projects - Eye Park in Dubailand, and Anara, a 100-storey tower on Sheikh Zayed Road - have been put on hold. Tauber said. "Though we have a large land bank in Dubai, the time is not right to launch new projects. We believe the market will recover in 2010-11 and then we will think of new launches."
