Bushehr - Managing Director of Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC) Mousa Suri says his company will enter into talks on purchase or rent of vessels for storage of crude oil in the next few weeks.
'The licenses needed for the purposes have been received,' said Suri, as quoted by the POGC Public Relations Department on Tuesday.
The POGC Head, commenting on drilling in the joint sections of South Pars field, said drilling operations will begin in the joint section by mid May and in the sections belonging to Iran by early June.
The official said 14 kms drilling of wells in the layer 2A covering seven oil wells has been completed and seven more kilometers will be drilled in the next seven months.
