Industry Experts Discuss the Egyptian Real Estate Market and Investments and Financing in Property Development
Cairo, June, 16, 2010 - Palm Hills Developments (PHD), one of the leading real estate developers in Egypt, is a lead sponsor of the Euromoney Housing Conference, held on June 15th at the Fairmont Heliopolis and Towers, Cairo, Egypt.
The conference is focused on discussing real estate development and investment in Egypt, and will feature a series of workshops and seminars with topics such as global real estate market development, development of lower and middle class housing, institutionalising investment in Egyptian real estate and much more.
PHD's Chief Portfolio Officer, Dr. Khaled Sedky, is one of the speakers at the sessions discussing investing in real estate development, Dr. Sedky, will be among a panel of real estate professionals who will look at the supply and demand for financing in the wholesale sector. The particular focus will be on developer finance and how the financial markets might change the way they approach the development of real estate projects across all market segments, and how real estate developers are raising the funding for their projects through bank lending, capital markets and off plan financing.
