KUWAIT CITY, June 14: The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) in association with Future Communications Company (Future), recently introduced a comprehensive enterprise messaging solution -- SMS Interactive System in an effort to reach the masses of Kuwait via real-time, interactive communication channel. This next generation solution comprises of an array of service features which will enable PACI to interact with the general public of Kuwait to ensure effective civic control and order within the country.

Residents of Kuwait can now have a two-way interaction with PACI using their mobiles. Any requests to PACI on Civil ID Renewal, Civil ID Renewal Status Inquiry, and Envelope Status Inquiry coming from public can be sent to PACI through SMS.
