AMMAN -- Coinciding with World Press Freedom Day, the British embassy in Amman announced on Wednesday the launch of a one-year project with the Thomson Reuters Foundation to improve investigative reporting throughout Jordan, according to an embassy statement.
Up to 45 journalists will attend training workshops in Amman focusing on the media's role in investigating corruption cases.
Senior Thomson Reuters Foundation consultants will lead the workshops, the statement said.
