MUSCAT -- National Gas Company has signed an agreement formalising the sale and transfer of its 70 per cent shareholding in Innovative Energy Systems LLC. The new buyers of the shareholding are Ashtech Gas Engineering & Services FZC and one of its nominees.
The share transfer agreement, which was inked on Monday, has been filed with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Rusayl based company said in a disclosure notification to the Capital Market Authority.
"This transaction is not going to materially impact the financial position of the Company," it added.
