Nakheel will award contracts by mid-January 2013 for the construction of 381 Legacy Villas at Jumeirah Park, the company announced today.
The Dubai developer, which has sold more than AED 1.2 billion worth of Legacy Villas, is currently assessing tenders for the luxury four and five bedroom homes. Work is due to begin in February, and is anticipated for completion in Q4 2014.
Legacy Villas are the latest addition to Nakheel's Jumeirah Park community, which spans 350 hectares and, when complete, will have 2,000 homes. So far, 545 villas have been completed.
