DUBAI (Zawya Dow Jones)--Dubai master-developer Nakheel said it handed over 1186 residential units over the past 18 months and is on track to hand over more before year-end.
The Dubai handovers include 700 units in Marina Residences, 100 apartments in South Village in Al Furjan, 256 units in Jumeriah Village and over 130 units in Discovery Gardens 20, the developer said in a statement late Sunday.
"The next project for handover is the International City - Emarati Cluster, the affordable residential development, consists of 1663 units in 26 buildings which will be ready for handover before the end of the year," Nakheel said in the statement.
