Muriya Tourism Development organised a presentation which took place at the Marina Hotel in Kuwait this month exhibiting the developing projects "Jebel Sifah" and "Salalah Beack". The Muriya sales team, along with CEO Adil Taqi and Marketing Director Bahaa Hafzallah worked in collaboration with their Kuwaiti representative. The event aimed at shedding light on several prominent property opportunities to local business men, officials and potential investors.

According to CEO Adil Taqi, "The Muriya projects in Oman work to address several features of the needs and aspirations of the Omani nationals, Arabs, and foreigners alike. They constitute an important addition to tourist projects being implemented in the Sultanate. Our next stage includes defining the features offered by our projects and our commitment to delivery confirmation at the time."

The event was a great success as Kuwaiti investors and potential home owners found high incentive in the projects presented, and showed interest in the on going development of the projects, its features and facilities. In addition, guests were impressed with details of the projects such as number of units, commercial area and the unique architecture and natural surroundings.

Muriya was established in 2006 when Egypt's Orascom Hotels and Development (with 70 per cent stake) and Omani government owned Omran (with 30 per cent stake) came together in a joint venture. Since then, Muriya has announced four ambitious projects across the beautiful locales of Oman. Two of the ongoing projects are integrated tourism complexes (ITCs) offering freehold properties - 'Jebel Sifah' and 'Salalah Beach'. In addition, Muriya also has extensive plans to develop a 'City walk' in Muscat and work is ongoing on the boutique hotel on 'As Sodah Island'.
