The outlook continues to be mixed, even as refinery margins have inched higher to about $6 per barrel from about $5.5 earlier in the month and light and middle distillate cracks have since improved. * TRADES: - Four July Dubai partials were traded in the cash market on Wednesday between $99.20 and $99.30 per barrel, traders said.
