In the framework of its expansion within the Middle East, Human Dimensions Company launched a division called Thomas - Middle East, on 12th January 2010. This division is specifically dedicated to providing business assessments & consultation services, while utilizing Thomas International UK Systems, in the Middle East and North African regions.

The Applied Science University located in the Kingdom of Bahrain, were in need of an effective tool to assist them during their recruitment as well as promotional processes. Thomas Bahrain, a Thomas ME partner, approached Applied Science University (A SU ) and introduced them to the Thomas systems. An immediate interest was established among A SU team members, which was then followed by the Thomas Certification training program.

The training program was led and conducted by Mr. Amir El Assaad, General Manager of Human Dimensions Company. The "2 day" training program is intended to bring about awareness among HR managers and other decision makers, including an introduction to the DISC theory, measuring psychological traits in the work environment, applying the Thomas personal profile analysis (PPA), and Jobs systems to determine the Thomas psychological characteristics of individuals, and the psychological requirements of jobs, respectively.

Thomas' accurate, valid and objective assessment testing tools enable employers to understand and develop the full potential of their people. The true success of these Thomas' assessments can be appreciated by learning about the science behind Thomas key assessments."

The PPA assessment explicitly works on the DISC theory. It has been registered with the British Psychological Society certifying that it meets the minimum psychometric requirements for use as a psychological test, as well as being audited by the European Federation of Psychologists' Associations.

According to Mr. Amir El Assaad, General Manager of HD: "What also sets Thomas assessments, apart from other assessments, is the fact that the assessments provided by Thomas are packaged in an approachable way making them not only robust and reliable but also quick to use and straightforward to understand."
