CHENNAI, India, May 23 (Reuters) - The Middle East crude market was steady on Thursday with most refiners having completed their procurement for the month and trading for July cargoes winding down, traders said. *OSP - Dubai has set its official differential to Oman futures for August at a discount of 5 cents per barrel, the Dubai Department of Petroleum Affairs said on Thursday. Dubai had set the OSP for July at parity. The differential will be applied to the average of daily settlements for the front month August Oman contract to set Dubai's official selling price (OSP) for August-loading crude. *TENDERS - India's MRPL has bought 600,000 barrels of Omani crude oil from Vitol at about $1 premium to Dubai quotes for lifting in the first half of July, two sources said, as the refiner avoids Iranian oil due to western sanctions.
