11th February, 2013 - Dubai, UAE: Dubai-based Metelco, a well-established distributor of communication software solutions announces the partnership with Cambridge-based (UK) multimedia communication specialist, C3, to add to its existing solutions offering.
Metelco has a solid reputation in the Middle East region since 2004 with over 400 customer installations successfully completed. The company specialises in the provision of communication software applications (Proteus call management and Redbox voice recording), and will now be adding C3's Apcentia Network Messaging platform and Fusion Contact Centre to its selective product portfolio. Metelco also has its own certified technical team to provide the respective support to its client base in the region.
C3's Network Messaging is a powerful solution that enables Mobile Networks Operators (MNO) and Virtual MNOs to deliver superior voice messaging services and easily deploy other revenue-generating applications, thereby increasing legacy streams and introducing new VAS revenue streams, at the same time as improving the customer experience and reducing churn.
Fusion Contact Centre gives organisations complete control over their contact centre operation. The web-based graphical solution is incredibly simple to install and operate, and enables anyone to define and easily manipulate services to meet specific business requirements.
