Mars GCC Wins 2013 Dale Carnegie Award for "Excellence in Management Resources"

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - In yet another regional recognition, Mars GCC, the leading manufacturer of confectionery products in the Middle East has been chosen as the main recipient of the 2013 Dale Carnegie Award. The award to Mars GCC is one of the most prestigious honors in the region, highlighting the continuous efforts the organization yields in personal development and training for their employees.Martin Parent, General Manager, Mars GCC, accepted the award from Jean-Louis Van Doorne, Regional Vice-President Europe Middle East and Africa, Dale Carnegie & Associates at a ceremony held recently in Dubai.The Dale Carnegie award, established in 1985, is granted to a company that places special emphasis on the development of its human resources, innovation and organizational creativity for the purposes of achieving its business objectives. Those companies rewarded recognize and use human resources management as parallel to their technology, thus being major contributors to the development of their countries' economy and society.
