May 10, 2011: Cairo, Egypt--Today Magdy Rasekh, Chairman of the Board of Sixth of October Development and Investment Company (SODIC) officially submitted his resignation from his position at the company. The resignation will be put up for discussion at the upcoming meeting of the Board of Directors, following official rules and regulations. SODIC has officially informed the Egyptian Stock Exchange of the resignation.
