Members of a delegation from the Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON), led by Director General Saleh I. Al-Rasheed, were briefed on the progress of work at the Jebel Ali Industrial City project in Riyadh.

They were met by Chief Executive Ali bin Fauzan Al-Fauzan and Vice President Suleiman Al-Ghaith of the company developing the project.

Al-Rasheed lauded the achievements and planning of the Jebel Ali Industrial City in the capital and said it would contribute a great deal in shaping the industrial zone in the capital.

Al-Fauzan runs a major real estate development company in the Kingdom that deals with the development of industrial property with a modern concept. Its achievements include service integration in the industrial cities with environment-friendly operations.

Al-Fauzan stated that Jebel Ali Industrial City in Riyadh is located on the highway to Al-Kharj, about 27 km from the center of Riyadh near the third industrial city, with an area of approximately 3,324,742 meters.

The city has a dedicated area for business, including offices and trade fairs, in addition to hotels and multipurpose halls and a training center. It also provides the largest possible space for warehouses, and housing for employees and families.
