Mohammad Al-Mojil Group (MMG) announces that the Board of Directors in its meeting held in Dammam on Wednesday 16 November 2011 has accepted the resignation of Mr. Ibrahim Al-Shuweir from his post as President and CEO along with his executive membership of the Board with immediate effect. The Board has also approved in the same meeting the appointment of Mr. Ebrahim Zadeh as the new President and CEO effective Saturday 19 November 2011.

Mr. Zadeh brings over 30 years of experience in leading positions with major multinational EPC companies. He is the former president of The Shaw Group's Energy and Chemicals division. With over US$ 6 billion in annual revenues, Shaw is a Fortune 500 company and is a leading global provider of technology, engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, fabrication, manufacturing, consulting, remediation, and facilities management services for the power, oil & gas, petrochemical, environmental and infrastructure markets. In addition to the Shaw Group, he has held executive positions with Flour Corporation and John Brown E&C, among others. Mr. Zadeh holds BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston, Texas in the US.

These changes come after the Boards review of the needs of the company and to add international expertise to senior management. The Board welcomes Mr. Zadeh to his new role and wishes him all the success to lead the development of MMG into one of the leading players in the EPC market in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
