Limitless and RDI have awarded a Dh37 million contract for more apartment buildings at Zagorodny Kvartal, the mixed-use development north-west of Moscow. Thus Moscow-based FODD comes on as general contractor to construct two buildings of 78 residential units and scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2013. Incidentally, FODD is building two other apartment blocks under another Dh37 million contract awarded earlier this year. Phase one of Zagorodny Kvartal is due for completion in early 2015.
