LONDON (Dow Jones)--Sharjah-based oil rig engineer Lamprell PLC (LAM.LN) said Thursday that at 1530 GMT it had received acceptances for 48.09 million Maritime Industrial Services Co. Ltd. Inc. (MIS.OS) shares, or 99.76%.
MAIN FACTS:
-Lamprell intends to make a mandatory unconditional offer for the remaining shares in MIS in due course following settlement of the offer.
-Lamprell Shares at 0925 GMT up 5 pence, or 1.5%, at 367 pence valuing the company at GBP956.83 million.
