BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)--Kuwait's Mushrif Trading and Contracting Co. (MTCC.KW) said Monday it has been awarded two local water and sewage projects by the public works ministry worth a combined 30.84 million Kuwaiti dinars ($110.9 million).

The first project, valued at KWD16.39 million, involves setting up, operating, and providing maintenance to a new remote control and monitoring center for the facilities of the country's sewage network, the company said in a statement posted on the Kuwait bourse website. It added that this project will take 730 days to be completed.

The other project, worth KWD14.45 million, entails the construction, operation, and maintenance of local storage facilities for treated water and will take nearly 1,100 days to be completed, according to the statement.
