BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)--Kuwait's Mubarrad Transport Co. Monday said it has appointed Abdullah Al Shatti as chairman and Eissa Al Mutawa as deputy chairman.
The company, which is mainly engaged in land transport activities, said in a statement posted on the Kuwait bourse website that the new appointments follow the resignation of the board.
Mubarrad's shares fell 2% to close at 48.5 Kuwaiti fils ($0.17) in a higher market.
