BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)--Kuwait's Al Safat Investment Co. (ALSAFAT.KW) on Thursday said that it has formed a new board and named Abdulmohsen Al Ateeqi as chairman.
Mr. Ateeqi replaces Faisal Al Shaiji.
The Islamic investment firm said in a statement posted on the Kuwait bourse website that it has reappointed Abdulmuhsen Al Meshan as vice chairman.
