BAGHDAD, Nov 14 (Reuters) - Oil exports from Iraq's Basra offshore terminals were back to 2.04 million barrels per day on Wednesday after bad weather completely halted loading on Tuesday, a shipping source said.

"Loading operations at Basra ports were stopped on Tuesday due to high winds. Rough weather eased and ships started loading today," the shipper told Reuters on condition of anonymity.
