Tehran - Oil Ministry spokesman Alireza Nikzad Rahbar dismissed speculation about crude oil swap deal with Russia.
He made the remarks in reaction to media and press speculation that Iran swaps crude oil with Russia taking delivery of crude oil from Russia in the North and supplying in kind in the South.
He said that there has been no talks or coordination made by the Oil Ministry to swap crude oil with Russia.
Iran already signed gas swap deal with Turkmenistan, taking delivery of Turkmen gas on northern Iran in return for gas supplies to customers of Turkmenistan from the southern terminals.
