With reference to the captioned matter, and to our exchange of correspondence in that regard, please be informed that Dubai Islamic Bank PJSC has increased, on 4 November 2010, its shareholding in Tamweel PJSC through the purchase of a total amount of 339,294,323 shares of Tamweel PJSC from the following companies:

- 88,203,324 shares from Dubai Capital Group LLC;

- 208,769,434 shares from Istithmar World PJSC;

-  42,321,565 shares from Dubai Financial Market PJSC.

The trading of the above mentioned shares have taken place off floor in accordance with the procedure applied by the Dubai Financial Market.
