HMH - Hospitality Management Holdings Adds Three More Hotels to Its Portfolio

HMH - Hospitality Management Holdings announced opening of three new hotels under its brand EWA Hotel Apartments. While two of these - EWA Deira Dubai and EWA Hotel Ajman - are located in the UAE, the third one - EWA Hotel Mahdha - is in Oman (and is expected to open soon).

Conveniently situated in Deira Corniche, merely 10 minutes from Dubai International Airport, EWA Deira Dubai lies within easy reach of the city's key leisure and business landmarks. Home to 76 well-appointed rooms and suites, the deluxe hotel is a perfect blend of quality accommodation and Arabic hospitality. Nearly half of the rooms offer panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. In addition to mid-market hotels, EWA offers quality serviced apartments that are both elegant and affordable. GCC remains the key source market for the UAE. In 2011 GCC citizens accounted for 1.8 million or 22.5 % of the total 8 million guests in Dubai. Substantial growth was recorded in visitors from Saudi Arabia (+56%) and Kuwait (+32%).

EWA Hotel Ajman features 108 comfortable and well-appointed apartments including 72 one-bedroom apartments and 36 two-bedroom apartments. Each unit offers a spacious living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. In room amenities include high-speed Internet access, refrigerator, satellite TV, iron / board, hair-dryer and tea / coffee station.

Ewa Mahdha Hotel boasts 48 spacious rooms equipped with the finest amenities and enjoys a secluded location in the heart of the mountains, within easy reach of the burgeoning community of Al Buraimi in Oman and Al Ain in the UAE.
