Imperial Residence goes ahead as planned

Dubai Tameer Holding Investment LLC has announced the scheduled progress of The Imperial Residence which features two 28-storey towers including a four-storey podium in Dubai's Jumeirah Village South.
Once completed, The Imperial Residence will house 510 apartments offering a wide choice of highly sophisticated, contemporary and spacious studios as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments including two- and three-bedroom duplexes. Residents will have access to a range of facilities and amenities including recreation areas, swimming pools, two gymnasiums with sauna and jacuzzi, children's play area, 24-hour security and undercover parking. The Imperial Residence will also offer residents the convenience of a variety of retail outlets located on the ground floor in addition to a landscaped outdoor area.
