ARY Group hands over first realty development

Dubai: The ARY Group recently handed over its first real estate development project ARY Marina View to the owners and residents of the property.
Haji Abdul Razzak Yaqoob, chairman of the ARY Group of Companies, described ARY's accomplishment as a first of many.
ARY Marina View "was our first real estate development project in the Middle East. ARY now has committed itself to several real estate development projects which are all at various stages."
Residential tower
These exclusive apartments and villas are the ultimate in modern day luxury, providing residents with facilities such as state- of-the-art kitchens, luxurious bathrooms, a spacious lounge and bedrooms with wide balconies and large windows to take full advantage of the sunlight and sea breezes.
Finance schemes
The project also provides for attractive finance schemes and residence visa facility for the foreign investors.
The ARY Group has several other real estate projects in the pipeline including ARY Marina View Phase II, a 16-storey building in Dubai Marina, ARY Digital Tower, a 44-storey commercial and residential building in Dubai Media City, a 19-storey residential building in Jumeirah Village and several residential buildings in international city, ARY Aurum Plus a state of the art gold refinerey at DMCC and other projects in the emirates, Pakistan and England.
