Since its establishment in 1999 Friends of Cancer Patients (the only cancer specialised charity in UAE) has based its main objectives on Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi's personal vision of how the charity should function. Her Highness has played a pivotal role in the social development in the emirate of Sharjah for the past 30 years, making the family and children the main focus in all Her Highness's endless endeavours to advance community growth while preserving the heart of the community's values and principles.
