CAIRO, Apr 17, 2012 (AFP) - A large fire has erupted at an oil depot in the Egyptian canal city of Suez for the third time in four days, killing one person and injuring 22 others, a security official said on Tuesday.

A fire first broke out on Saturday at the depot owned by Al-Nasr Petroleum company, causing explosions.

Firefighters extinguished the flames twice, but oil leaks and strong winds triggered a third blaze on Tuesday, the official said.

Emergency services were still working to put out the fire, which is estimated to have caused about $10 million in damage, according to the official.
