DUBAI (Zawya Dow Jones)--Simon Penney, the former chief executive of Royal Bank of Scotland Middle East and Africa, will join Abu Dhabi-based First Gulf Bank (FGB.AD) as head of its wholesale banking division, a spokesperson for the lender said on Tuesday.
Mr. Penney's departure from RBS was announced in March. He will be replaced by James Miller.
