Dubai. The law firm of Tribonian Law Advisors (TLA) announced today that it represented Dubai-based Rasmala Holdings Ltd in the investment by the UK-based European Islamic Investment Bank in Rasmala.
Rasmala, which has around $900m in assets, has offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Egypt and operates in asset management, corporate finance and institutional brokerage.
The TLA team was led by managing partner Rindala Beydoun who was assisted by associate Roula Khaled. Speaking about the transaction, Rasmala chairman, Ali Shihabi said: "Rindala Beydoun and TLA were instrumental in advising us in this process and assisting us reach a speedy closing.
