United Arab Emirates, December 11th, 2007 - EDARA L.L.C, one of Dubai's leading Project Management companies, has added another feather to it cap by procuring the Project Management contract for the Oman Insurance Plaza and Residential Towers in Dubai. The prestigious project, to be constructed in the Mankool area of Dubai, will comprise of two 25-storey towers with a total built up area exceeding 92,000 square metres.

EDARA's portfolio includes some of the biggest and most innovative developments in the region, and their experience and involvement in projects of a diverse nature will hold them in good stead for the management of this new development. The dual purpose Oman Insurance Plaza and Residential Towers will require managing different sectors for these buildings that may include residential, hotel or serviced apartments and office needs, and EDARA's project management radar will cover the entire gamut.

In order to ensure that they have all bases covered and nothing is left to chance, EDARA have established FITOUT, a dedicated team to specifically manage Fitting Out and Refurbishment Projects. The planned completion of the Oman Insurance Plaza and Residential Towers is mid 2010 with design commencing this December.
