Dubai to host Outdoor Design Build & Supply Expo 2014
'With the recent announcement that Dubai has won the right to host Expo 2020 - now more than ever is a crucial time for Dubai's development, including the Emirate's landscaping and outdoor construction sectors. Over the next six years, there will be a huge amount of growth in the region's outdoor space and one of Dubai Municipality 's focuses is to ensure that this is achieved in way and that is sustainable and creates a great living environment for residents and visitors,' Julfar said.
'Focused on the design, build and supply of all private and public outdoor space, the show promotes the development of public parks, private and palace gardens, green areas within urban areas, major residential, commercial and leisure projects, municipal works, horticulture, irrigation and landscaping,' he said.

As Dubai prepares for 2020, the conference will examine key themes including design and urban planning, construction as well as how the city will cater for the social needs of a growing population,' he explained.
