Trakhees customers no longer need to visit company headquarters for payment transactions

Dubai, UAE: As a leading provider of smart solutions and e-Services in the UAE, Dubai Trade, the single window for cross-border trade and smart trading solutions, has announced the integration of the online services of Trakhees, the Department of Planning & Development and part of Ports, Customs & Free Zone Cooperation (PCFC), and Dubai Trade’s secured e-payment gateway, “Rosoom”. Trakhees joins other major organizations that use “Rosoom” such as DP World, Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), National Industries Park, Nakheel and Imdaad.

The service also offers the highest levels of safety, security and protection and has not seen any scams or identity theft since launched.”

“Rosoom” also supports mobile payment transactions, making it an ideal platform to provide Trakhees’ services via smart applications. It offers live and real-time payment reporting, allowing both customers and Trakhees finance department to communicate more effectively on payments and financial transactions. “Rosoom” is currently integrated with seven banks including Emirates NBD, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, First Gulf Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, Habib Bank AG Zurich and Emirates Islamic Bank.

The programming interface for “Rosoom” enables it to be integrated seamlessly with any e-Service allowing easy upgrades and enhancements and making it the ideal and preferred e-payment solution.
