Nakheel Properties, Emirates Real Estate Solutions and Dubai Media Inc. amongst big names sponsoring the event

Dubai - United Arab Emirates: Dubai Land Department announced today that it has signed exclusive partnerships with a leading group of sponsors for the CINDER Dubai 2016 conference which is to be held from 22-24th February, 2016. Themed 'Smart Registration for a Smart City', the highly anticipated Congress will focus on Land Registries as producers of data and smart registration in sustainable cities.

HE Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director General of Dubai Land Department, said, "Our national institutes recognize the importance of supporting and promoting the image and brand of Dubai in international forums. We have enjoyed a stellar attendance record to mark the 20th instalment of CINDER Dubai 2016 in order to highlight our discussions about real estate registration and legislation law." He added, "The partnership agreements that we have concluded with the parties to assist us in achieving the goals of the conference, and be able to organize a world-class event Dubai's reputation".

DLD has signed an agreement with Nakheel Properties, Dubai's leading real estate company, as the main sponsor of the event, while Emirates Real Estate Solutions will be the technical partner. Dubai Media Inc., the official media organ of the Dubai government, has signed on as the media partner. In addition, Dubai Properties will also be sponsoring the event.

Cinder Dubai 2016 will be organized by the International Property Registries Association (IPRA-CINDER), where Dubai won bid to host the coveted 20th World Land Registration Congress this year based on three criteria: transparency, investor confidence and legal certainty.

DLD expects to receive nearly 500 guests representing more than 50 countries around the world. In addition, 50 expert speakers will share their insights on 18 of the most trending topics in the real estate industry. The Congress aims to reach a global consensus on unified international laws for the effective governance of real estate registration, including the use of cutting-edge technological advances such as smart registration.
