The seventh edition of Bahrain's prestigious property show will be held from November 11 to 13, 2010 at Bahrain International Exhibition Centre under the patronage of H.E. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court, Kingdom of Bahrain.
Expressing his delight at being associated with BIPEX as a Platinum Sponsor, Mr. Donn O'Shaughnessy, observed, "We are extremely bullish about the prospects of the property sector in the Middle East and have, in fact, firmed up our numbers in our offices across the Gulf region, including Bahrain in anticipation of expanded business. That's why we attach so much importance to the current edition of BIPEX, which, I am sure, will reflect the growing resurgence in the sector after the gloom of the global economic downturn.
Mr. Mohammed Khalil Al Sayed, Chairman, BIPEX Organising Committee, "Davis Langdon has been providing project and cost management services in Bahrain for over 40 years so we are, indeed, delighted to welcome a global player of such calibre as our Platinum Sponsor. The property sector is seeing many far-reaching changes taking place in the aftermath of the global economic crisis and BIPEX is evolving to pioneer new paths and reflect these emerging trends. In fact, our new brand identity that we unveiled recently signifies this changing image of BIPEX in the constantly evolving scenario of the property sector. Our success will depend crucially on the participation and support of officials and decision-makers from major global companies. We are confident that our partnership with professional firms like Davis Langdon will bear fruitful results and help rejuvenate the investment climate in Bahrain and the region."
A major non-profit property exhibition event, BIPEX has been keeping track of the progress of the real estate sector in Bahrain and the region over the years. The exhibition will remain open from 10 am to 9 pm on all three days. Admission is free for trade visitors, invited guests and the general public.
