Yousif Najem Al Khanjari to oversee financial and legal affairs, insurance underwriting and procurement services.

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - National Health Insurance Company - Daman Board of Directors today announced the appointment of Mr Yousif Najem Al Khanjari as its Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Al Khanjari has twenty years of experience in the areas of accounting, human resources, management, strategy and planning. He has held appointments in the oil & gas sector, alongside higher education, and insurance sectors. He joined the company in 2013 as the Director of Finance and Controlling.

H.E. Mohamed Sultan bin Ghanoum Al Hameli, Chairman of Daman said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to extend a warm welcome to Mr Yousif Najem Al Khanjari. In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer, Mr Al Khanjari will oversee the company's financial affairs, legal affairs, health insurance underwriting and procurement activities. He will also represent Daman in areas of his responsibility in the presence of senior stakeholders and government regulators both on a local and federal level.

Mr Al Khanjari will play a pivotal role in the electronic transition of process for payments to providers and managing suppliers, ensuring an overall efficient and effective flow of processes that ultimately benefits stakeholders.

Mr Al Khanjari holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Masters in Human Resources Management. He also completed the prestigious Munich Re Scholarship Programme for senior professionals in the insurance industry.
