DFSA hereby notifies the market that it has suspended the Securities of Fortune Management Inc. (ISIN USU026281027) from the Official List of Securities of the DFSA under Article 35 (1) of the Markets Law 2012 for failure to publish its annual financial report pursuant to Article 44 of the Markets Law 2012 and Rule 5.1.8 of the Markets Rules. The suspension will take effect on Wednesday 18 July 2012 at 10:00am.
