Cosentino Group and Silestone set up their Middle East regional office in Dubai
Cosentino Group which focuses its activity on the design, production and distribution of architectural and decorative surfaces solutions, is the owner of the forefront brand Silestone, the world pioneer in quartz surfaces and the only quartz stone surface with a built-in bacteriostatic protection with silver technology, featured in landmark projects all over the world such as Burj Al Arab, Aspetar Hospital in Doha, Barcelona Airport, the Louvre Museum, the Vancouver Olympic Village, Telefonica Flagship Store and Wembley Stadium.

The new breakthrough surface Dekton, is an ultra-compact surface product which uses a mixture of inorganic materials and can be used for exterior as well as all interior applications, from flooring, cladding, vanities, countertops to ventilated panels. The product can take more than 800 degrees Celsius of continuous exposure, and it is U.V. resistant, non-porous and resistant to impact and has different finishes and textures from wood, leather, denim, any solid color to steel and natural stone pattern. Dekton is designed to respond to architect demand's for large formats in different thicknesses.
