According to a communiqué released by Tunisia's historical operator "Tunisie Télécom" , on Monday , it was announced  that Mr. Montasser Ouaili resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the group.

Mr. Ouaili sent, on Monday, January 31, 2011, an open letter to the Industry and Technology Minister.
