Manama: The Business Bay, one of Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Co. development projects, has been presented by Impact Estate w.l.l. during the Bahrain Business Expo 2012 which is held in Bahrain International Exhibition Centre from 12-14 November.
Business Bay is a 23-storey commercial tower constructed in Seef area in front of City Center mall. The project aims to provide spacious luxury offices for business entrepreneurs and companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Scheduled for completion in April 2014 the tower will offer an elegant lobby with a reception and an information desk to assist clients and customers, a state-of-the-art business center and a conference room available for rent to the office owners. With the office spaces ranging from 85.94 sqm up to 131.72 sqm each floor of the Business Pay will be equipped with a pantry, male and female quarters and a smoking room. The prices start from only BD43000 for an office. For the period of the exhibition the developer is offering one year of maintenance fee included in the price.
The building will be equipped with CCTV cameras and will provide a gated 24-hour security for the businesses. Apart from the two parking slots secured for each unit the tower will boast a special parking reserved for visitors.
