Amman - Ernst & Young Jordan announced Bishr Ibrahim Baker's appointment as Managing Partner for Ernst & Young Jordan. Ernst & Young is one of the largest global leaders in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, and the largest auditing and professional services firm in the Middle East.

Bishr holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom. He started his professional career in 1987 and worked in the United Kingdom in the auditing and advisory fields until 1992 when he resumed his career in Jordan.
He is both a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Jordan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
