KUWAIT JV TO LAUNCH STEAM INJECTION PROJ BY END 2012
Kuwait's Wafra Joint Operations, or WJO, a joint venture between Kuwait Gulf Oil Co. and Saudi Arabian Chevron, plans to launch a steam injection project at oil fields in the Wafra region by the end of 2012. WJO has allocated about $10 billion for the initial phases of the steam injection project, while the overall funds that will be allocated for all the project's phases may reach as much as $40 billion.

State-owned EgyptAir Holding Co. has selected U.S.-based JP Morgan to finance the purchase of three Airbus A330-300 aircraft at $380 million, the delivery of which is expected to start before year-end.
